AFRICAN HERITAGE ART FOUNDATION presents AFRICAN HERITAGE ART FESTIVAL-2018

The African Heritage Art Foundation (AHAF) is a foundation that focuses on the eminent African heritage and cultural astuteness through art. It is bent on empowering and promoting art potentials in Ghana and Africa at large. Equally it has put in place well assessed mechanisms that will help educate artisans on the value of their ARTISTIC POTENTIALS and how well it can be branded and marketed.

The African Heritage Art Festival is the foundation's maiden event. It is celebrated to bring on board artisans form the field of entrepreneurs, students and the disable who finds themselves in the art industrial. It will also be a platform to unveil the concept and it's purpose.

The event will be attracting personalities and dignitaries such His Majesty: NII OKWEI KINKA DOWUONA VI (Osu Mantse), George Webb a representative from GTP, Pearl Amoah a celebrated fashion designer, Mr. Kofi Setordzi a renowned Sculptor, Mr. Cyril Kpodo a sculptor and a lecturer, Mr. Jonnie Dollarich (GBC) and many more.

During the festival, the difficulties faced by the current generation's artisans will be highlighted as well as their addressing measures. Various activities which will take place includes; exhibition, fashion show , brand education ,cultural performances, interviews and many more. 

There will be a plethora of art works, spanning from sculpture, bead design, clothing, photography, jewelry, painting, food art, pencil drawing, music and dance and many more.

This festival by AHAF, comes off on the 2nd April, 2018  at the Osu mall from 10:00am -10:00pm.
