Winneba Fancy Dress Festival is an annual festival which displays cultural masqueraders in grand style.
It seeks to portray the cultural heritage of winneba to the whole of Ghana and Africa in general.
This year's event is set to take place on January 1, 2018. This event is the biggest Masquerading Festival in Ghana.
This year's event is dubbed "Narrating 60 years of Winneba Fancy Dress Festival Competition: Successes, Challenges and Prospects.
